    Simultaneous pancreas kidney transplant.  Features contralateral placement of grafted organs, intestinal exocrine drainage (via the duodenal-jejunal anastomosis) and endocrine drainage into the systemic circulation (via the donor hepatic portal vein). Vascular supply of the pancreatic graft is via a Y-graft connecting the donor superior mesenteric artery and splenic artery to the recipient right common iliac artery. R: recipient; D: donor.     Figure 1: Intradermal deposit of thyroid tumour with follicular pattern. This tumour is not connected to the epidermis which raises a possibility of a metastasis. Figure 2: The tumour shows strong positivity for Thyroglobulin, which indicates thyroid origin and, in combination with morphological findings, points towards metastatic follicular carcinoma. Figure 3: The tumour shows strong positivity with TTF-1 indicating thyroid origin. (See Case Study by Roseman et al.)
